Weigh In - Week 21

I crossed a major milestone this week - I'm now in Onederland.  I have a very long way to go but there was a part of me that didn't think this was even possible, that I needed to accept my fate and my size and try not to think about it.  But I just decided to try and see what would happen.  I still feel like I'm just beginning my journey, which is a weird feeling, being 21 weeks into something, but I'm committed for the long haul.

  2. Your diet has been incredibly inspiring to me. Because of following you, I, too, started tracking with my fitness pal and seeing if it could work. I kind of just convinced myself of the same thing - that being overweight is just where I was meant to be. But, I've lost 10 pounds. 10 pounds, I kid you not, that I have been wanting/trying to lose for 15 years. No quick fix, just good old calorie counting. So what if it took almost two months to lose? I'm not going back. Following along with you really shows that it works, you just have to give it TIME. I also don't just completely throw in the towel if I have a day where I go over my calories, like I used to. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for sharing this.
